:::::::The "Good socialism" etc designations are section titles in the book. O'Rourke visited and examined four countries - two capitalist, two socialist. He basically ranked them as: USA, Sweden, Cuba, Albania and came to the conclusion that capitalism is the superior system. He was HL Mencken Research Fellow at the Cato Institute, he's a registered Republican and NRA member and he's definitely conservative.
