My apologies on only now replying; I personally prefer the American style of punctuation in quotes, as per [[User_talk:KevinDavis#Style|this section]] on my talk page, but I understand that not all our editors are American, so I defer to whatever is most convenient. Are you British? (If so, how is London this time of year? I remember it being exceptionally rainy the last time I visited, although that was 20+ years ago). When I saw the difference link in my watchlist, I saw that the comment was outside the <nowiki>''</nowiki>, and I mistook those for quotes. Thus, my previous comment is irrelevant. Thanks!
