While social Darwinism is definitely harmful, this article seems to have a strong liberal slant disguised under a few token anti-liberal statements. For example it mentions the "evils" of laissez-faire economics and there are a few implications that expecting people to be self-sufficient (a conservative position) is social Darwinism and "helping the weaker members of society" (liberalism/socialism) is the correct option. --[[User:BernardC|BernardC]] 18:41, 4 October 2011 (EDT)
