I'm wondering if there should be an edition to the Vatican section which deals with the Vatican's knowledge of and acceptance of Euthanasia as used by the Nazis. I don't have the book with me right now but in ''Eichmann in Jerusalem'' Hannah Arendt goes through the documents and exchanges between the Vatican and the Nazi regime in which the Vatican produces a document allowing it.
