Currently Futurama has four seasons, three straight-to-DVD films ("Bender's Big Score", "The Beast with a Billion Backs" and "Bender's Game"), and one more film in the pipeline.  The show was canceled by Fox after the fourth season, but was brought back due to the success of the show in reruns on the Cartoon Network.

Currently Futurama has six seasons and four straight-to-DVD films ("Bender's Big Score", "The Beast with a Billion Backs", "Bender's Game" and "Into the Wild Green Yonder).  The show was canceled by Fox after the fourth season, but was brought back on comedy central for two seasons, though season 5 only consisted of the four movies split into 20 minute episodes. The seventh season is due to start airing in early 2012.
