:McInerney was falsely accused of a hate crime, and it looks like his trial (which he won a hung jury at) did not even hear all the evidence in his favor.  You're right that sexual harassment does not warrant murder, but no one claims it would.--[[User:Aschlafly|Andy Schlafly]] 21:44, 22 November 2011 (EST)
