I just find it interesting that we would concern ourselves with the incidence of obesity in atheists, as this seems rather non-sequitor. For ethnocentricity, one might perhaps suggest that obese atheists are ignoring healthy ethnic foods such as brown rice and mung beans (should this be added to the article?). So you see, its not that those issues are excluded, it's that effort is made to cover as many issues as possible, as amply as possible.
