If sexual reproduction is such a huge evolutionary advantage, how is it that there still exist so many species which reproduce asexually ? If it is a huge advantage, we would expect to see every organisms evolve in this direction, wouldn't we ?

No, we most certainly would not. Just because a trait is advantageous does not mean every organism will independently develop it.
