Yahoo answers.com says the Ohio Buckeyes, a typical American collegiate game, generates $64 million gross and $28 million profit. So the RWC is even out of its league competing with the NFL. Pay per view and cable shouldn't matter, ads rates are roughly equivalent, and the demographics can be more specifically targeted.
