:Yknow, I didn't like the way that was originally written, but I disagree more with the re-edit. Governments can engage in terroristic activities. Thats why we have the term "State Sponsored Terrorism."--[[User:Elamdri|Elamdri]] 18:04, 9 April 2007 (EDT)
