Does criticism really constitute anti-Americanism? Criticism can be constructive and is key to progress- I think there are better ways to put this. --[[User:DReynolds|DReynolds]] 22:49, 2 February 2009 (EST)

"...and many are liberals who believe that other nations are equal to or beyond America in their achievements."  [I will choose to be diplomatic here and not focus on the fact that America itself is not a country at all but a continent.]  Are we supposed to bury our heads in the sand and forget that other countries achieve things, too?  If we allow ourselves to believe that the USA always has and always will be number one at everything (which the USA's masses do already), the USA cannot possibly hope to move in any forward direction, much less stay competitive or diplomatic with other nations.  This article, in my opinion, crosses the line from conservative to over-nationalist, far-right propaganda.  --X.
