Anne Frank:
Anne Frank was a Jewish girl who was raised in Holland during the Nazi period in Germany. She, her family, and another family hid in a secret apartment in her father's office for over a year until they were captured and brought to a concentration camp. None of them survived, except her father, Otto Frank. He found her diary and had it published. ''Anne Frank: The Diary of a Young Girl'' was sold all over the world and remains a very popular and inspiring book.
