It appears that on Feb 4, 2012, your User page and talk page were caught in a wave of vandalization along with several other users pages, and since you were a new user, and I, a new admin, apparently I deleted the page as opposed to reverting the offending edits. This had the effect of removing the edits in their entirety, so you were then able to recreate your own User page yourself. The action didn't substantially affect your page, however, I would probably choose to simply revert the edits if I were faced with this same situation today, with a little more experience as an Admin.
