In humans, the mammary glands are generally not refered to directly. When it is absolutely necessary to make some reference to this feminine feature, as in such cases where a parent or doctor may be required to report on the progress of some girl's physical maturity, a polite formula of words would be: "she has been blessed"; or if unavoidable: "she has been abundantly blessed".  Decency and a proper regard for the obviation of any opportunity for prurience should exhort us that only as much as this should suffice.
