The characters in her works are also seen to use [[Magic]], which may also link her to [[Wicca]] and [[Voodoo]]. On the other side of the issue, however, magic used by protagonists has not been seen to be used in a negative manner (causing injury or otherwise), and as such can be attributed to want of whimsy, not spreading of such things.
