Spirit Halloween

Spirit Halloween is a store that sells Halloween costumes and related toys and decorations.

It was founded 1983 in New Jersey. It operates in both the United States and Canada on a seasonal basis from around July–October, usually on short-term leases of vacated "big box" retailers.
