The St. Cuthbert Gospel is pocket-sized book containing the four Gospels that was published in the A.D. 700s, and is one of oldest known books of its kind. The British Library has invested $14.3 million in its copy.[1] Few or no other known copies of this exist.
This book was instrumental to the growth of Christianity in the A.D. 700s in Europe.
