Steve Redgrave
From Conservapedia
Sir Steve Redgrave is a retired British rower. He is best known for winning rowing gold medals in five consecutive Olympic Games - the only competitor to do this in an endurance sport. This record began with the Los Angeles games in 1984, and ended at the Sydney games in 2000. After the Atlanta games in 1996, Redgrave jokingly requested that somebody shoot him if he ever went near a boat again. Nevertheless, he returned to win a fifth gold medal, in a boat, four years later.
