Should the Tri-Partite Treaty of Alliance be moved to "neutrals", as the source document says Iran agreed to remain "neutral", although at the same time it agreed to allow its territory to be used for weapons transfer? So too did Sweden, which is listed as "neutral". Indeed, there is a question if either can be considered "sovereign", since both will claim they were "forced", threatened, or blackmailed into signing an alleged "agreement".
