There are no citations on this page, specifically regarding the claim that the term "Arab" refers to anyone of Middle-Eastern descent, "in modern terms." By this definition, a bilingual Israeli Jew would be an "Arab" since he would be of Middle Eastern descent and would have some facility with the Arabic language. I think we can all agree that Israelis, no matter their linguistic competence, are not Arabs. Neither, for that matter, are Palestinians, Persians, or North Africans. I don't have the time to edit this page right now, but this entry needs to be seriously rewritten. I'll try to fix it when I find the time. --Johnmadden 21:39, 22 April 2008 (EDT)
