Article title

The article title doesn't seem to follow a pattern with other article titles, though I can't find anything in the manual of style.

One article that I can find for a place that requires a second word to clarify it is Boston, Massachusetts. A comma seems sensible to me i.e. the article would be called one of the following:

Dover, UK

Dover, United Kingdom

Dover, England

Dover, Kent

Please will an administrator consider this. Thanks.
