I believe this change was passed by a bipartisan majority was it not? It that is the case, shouldn't that be mentioned along with the Republican sponsors? Thanks Learn together 02:53, 25 July 2007 (EDT)
- According to a CNN report, Ney made the change unilaterally, after Jones suggested it. His committee has authority over the House cafeterias, so he was able to do it without a Congressional vote.--Frey 10:58, 3 March 2008 (EST)
