Pray tell...If the High Middle Ages ended in 1300 - an extremely arbitary date; nothing of any great import happened then or thereabouts - what do we call the period from 1300 to 1485 or 1500, both of which can be accepted as the end of the medieval era? AlanE 23:12, 31 August 2008 (EDT)
