This page appears to be an oxymoron. To denote a similarity with the far left new deal (with policies of conservation, welfare, etc.) with policies of the far-right nazism (nativism, producerism) is absurd. Adg2011 20:30, 1 April 2008 (EDT)

Absurd or not, it's a common viewpoint among conservatives that Communism and Fascism are "totalitarian twins". The left = liberal = Communist. And the right = fascist = Nazi.

I realize everyone wants to demonize their opponents by likening them to Hitler, but we need to be realistic. --Ed Poor ^Talk 20:46, 1 April 2008 (EDT)
