Talk:Miracle on the Hudson

• Bob the Air Traffic Controller deserves a pat on the back as well as the Pilot and crew. They all handled their jobs with the utmost of skill and professionalism. Under a level of stress that is unimaginable to most people. Both the Pilot and the TRACON Controller knew that their actions would have a direct impact on the lives of 156 families forever. [1]

I'm a TERRIBLE flyer, so to me, this story gives me chills down my spine. But I am a HUGE fan of 'Sully' - I can't believe he pulled off such an amazingly miraculous landing. The fact that he's 'out there' helps me believe that I won't necessarily die in an air accident. BUT - that being said, I don't think 'Miracle on the Hudson' is the right title for this article - it just makes it impossible to find. It should simply be titled 'Flight 1549' or something, or River Landing in Hudson - or perhaps simply be incorporated in the Sully article. "Miracle on the Hudson' sounds like a 1950's musical or something silly. Sullyfan 19:54, 6 February 2009 (EST)
