Talk:Political scandals

Conservatives tend to be the only ones operating with a sensitive conscience with respect to political scandal. Not only are we quick to call it wrong, but we allow such incidents to psychologically disorient us from being able to confidently stand on our principles. Leftists are generally aware of this weakness and exploit it to their advantage by creating lists to discourage conservatives from voting and confidently standing for their values. Needless to say, the Left tend to be very aggressive and tenacious in their tactics. The main intent here is not to be lurid for its own sake, or to air people's laundry, but to at least have the capability to respond with such a list of our own in case someone on the left tires to make the false claim that conservatives are more scandal-prone than liberals.[1] To my knowledge, no such resource exists for conservatives.
