Not family appropriate

The imagine including male genitalia seems inappropriate for a family-oriented site. Can anyone think of a way to adequately explain this disease without such an image? ATB 11:58, 22 May 2007 (EDT)

Reason for proposing split

I have proposed splitting this article because the organ itself has relevance beyond cancer. After all, the heart has its own article, not just a section in an article on heart attacks or the like. I suggest that the new article incorporate the suggestion made above with regard to the image and also that it include an explanation (without any evolutionist propaganda) as to why the urethra needs to go through, rather than around, the prostate.
