How are public parks public goods? We have seen that theme parks such as Six Flags have been able to operate without public funding, and without letting people in without paying. That could be done with other parks too.
What about the Internet? How is that a public good? The Internet can be as easily privatized as telephone service. If the backbone is put under the ownership of private companies, they can charge a fee for use of it. Tisane 21:14, 15 July 2010 (EDT)
