Talk:Rule of lenity

Question: Justice Gorsuch authored the opinion on Bittner but the opinion states he didn't deliver it as to Part II-C (which is where the rule of lenity is discussed). Would this mean that only ONE Justice (the liberal Justice Jackson) was in favor of the rule as applied to this case? Quidam65 (talk) 13:11, March 4, 2023 (EST)
