It says that france has never used it, and since it's an article about S.E. policy, and there are a lot of countries that also didn't used it, nobody cares about that. DELETEDAknot 20:04, 3 May 2007 (EDT)

Now it's better, but it's still irrelevant, belgium, holland, africans and other countries didn't used it; WILL DELETE (unless there's a reason not to)

Perhaps it should be taken in to consideration that France is approx. 9.4 times bigger than Belgium and The Netherlands combined, and were invaded over a large expanse of countryside, that easily could have been burned to delay the Nazis. --Hojimachong^talk 20:18, 3 May 2007 (EDT)
