Tequila is not an alcohol, but an alcoholic beverage.

A Piña Colada (Piña, not Pina) is a rum-based coctail and doesn't contain any tequila. Popular drinks (in the USA) that are made with tequila (besides the Margarita) include the Tequila Sunrise and the Long Island Iced Tea.
