This is a userbox displaying that you have been blocked on Wikipedia. You can configure it to display the number of blocks, number of sockpuppet accounts used, and a reason for why you were blocked.

This template can be used with up to three arguments for the number of blocks, the number of socks used, and the reason for those blocks.
- Use
{{Template:User Wikipedia Blocked}} to show you've been blocked.
- Use
{{Template:User Wikipedia Blocked|number of blocks}} to show how many times you've been blocked.
- Use
{{Template:User Wikipedia Blocked|number of blocks|number of socks}} to show how many times you've been blocked and the number of sockpuppet accounts those blocks are distributed between.
- Use
{{Template:User Wikipedia Blocked|number of blocks|number of socks|reason}} to show how many times you've been blocked, the number of sockpuppet accounts those blocks are distributed between, and the reason for those blocks.
