Where is document for cite book?

I have a problem with cite book template, normally, I tried to use page= parameter to indicate the particular page from which the quote is taken and then pages= as number of all pages in the book. Obviously, the template is not defined like that, pls. advise. --AK 16:40, 8 May 2012 (EDT)

remove line break?

It looks like inserting this template into a page, has the side affect of inserting a preceding line break. Can someone fix that? --DavidB4 ^(TALK) 05:23, May 26, 2025 (EDT)
