The Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit is a federal appellate court that covers these jurisdictions:

  • Colorado
  • Kansas
  • New Mexico
  • Oklahoma
  • Utah
  • Wyoming

Until 1929, these areas were part of the Eighth Circuit.

The composition of the Tenth Circuit is almost equally split between socially liberal and conservative judges.
