The Big Betrayal (comic)
The Big Betrayal is a full-length (64 pp.) comic written by Jack Chick. It was originally printed in 1981, and remains in-stock. Unlike their tracts, it is not available for free viewing on the Chick Publications website; it can only be purchased either in print or electronic form.
The comic is an adaptation of Fifty Years in the Church of Rome, the autobiography of Charles Chiniquy, a French-Canadian who lived in the mid-1800's and notably left the Roman Catholic priesthood to become a Presbyterian minister. However, the comic is loaded with Chick's conspiratorial views toward Catholicism (specifically that the Jesuits were involved in President Abraham Lincoln's assassination). Moreover Bishop O'Brien (who had legitimate disagreements with Chiniquy) is caricatured in the comic as a pipe-smoking leprechaun figure, a stereotype which is considered offensive toward people of Irish descent.
