United Christian Faith Ministries (UCFM) is an evangelistic association focusing on training Christians to serve as ministers of the Gospel. The main focus of the organization is ordination, which is available to almost everyone. While the ordination process occurs online, it is not instantaneous like the Universal Life Church. All candidates for ordination are required to agree to certain terms and conditions and complete a 41 lesson discipleship program. After the program has been completed, an elder must approve the application for it to be successful.

Leadership is a multi tiered process tied to the UCFM organizational structure. Supreme authority is invested in a Senior Pastor (currently Rev. Mike Butcher) and appointed District Bishops. Members are grouped into geographic regions, each having three bishops and a variable number of elders.
