Brace E. Barber is the author of the books, Ranger School, No Excuse Leadership, The Art of War Organized for Decision Making and TESTED A New Strategy for Keeping Kids in the Faith.
Brace E. Barber is a Christ follower. He is a 1987 graduate of West Point and 1988 graduate of the U.S. Army Ranger School. Through 11 years of military service, he led three combat-arms platoons and two companies. He performed various other leadership and staff functions in locations as diverse as South Korea, Thailand, Honduras, Alaska, and Hawaii. Brace co-founded two companies and purchased a third. His companies have achieved notable successes and have also struggled and faild. He is a charter member of Worldwide Army Rangers (WAR) and a lifetime member of the U.S. Army Ranger Association (USARA). Brace Speaks frequently to corporate and Christian audiences about leadership, strategy development and keeping Christian kids in the Church.
Brace is a keynote speaker on topics of leadership and Christian Apologetics. Brace's style is to relate with his audiences through engaging stories that illustrate the mindset and the methods for becoming exceptional. Brace carries his audience through stories of failure, perseverance and victory. His “No Excuse Leadership” message shines a light on the straight-forward principle that West Point considers the first foundation of leadership. Organizations such as Sam’s Club, CME, Hensel Phelps, West Point and the Air Force Academy have taken advantage of Brace’s teaching and training. He has consulted on leadership and strategy with countless other companies.

The Art of War Organized for Decision Making
Brace reorganized Sun Tzu's The Art of War in order to provide clarity to the dated Eastern Culture teaching. He discarded proverbs he deemed meaningless to modern society in order to focus the reader, eliminate distraction and allow for clear strategic thinking. Brace then reorganized The Art of War in line with accepted strategic categories necessary for systematically analyzing a problem and developing a highly stable course of action. The reader can use the book to properly apply the principles of The Art of War to their current circumstances.
