I would like some help with this article. I should require a source describing Nazi archaeological practices that I may compare them to mainstream practices. The point of the Ahnenerbe was to prove the superiority of the so-called "Aryan race" by means of history, and there seems little evidence of their wishful theories that these Aryans they speak of did in fact once rule the world. I wish to illustrate their unscientific practices as an example of pseuodoarchaeology, but I cannot do so without a decent source to cite. Thank you for any assistance you may provide.--CamilleT 23:16, 25 May 2011 (EDT)

Here's one, but it isn't very detailed. If anyone comes up with something better, I'd be glad to accept it.--CamilleT 23:27, 25 May 2011 (EDT)
Look here, Heinz Hohne, The Order of the Death's Head: The Story of Hitler's SS, trans. from the German (New York, 1972), has a full chapter on this subject if I recollect and shouldn't be too hard to find. Rob Smith
Dang. I didn't even think to check my watchlist. I think I'll add it after User:Aschlafly's made a decision on whether or not to move it to mainspace. Thank you, User:RobSmith--CamilleT 18:24, 31 May 2011 (EDT)
Wasn't Ahnenerbe sometimes refered to as the SS Antiquities Office, or something? Also, there is the case of Dr. Arnold Murray of the Shepards Chapel who has translated ancient cave marking in Tennessee (Bat Ceek Cave) & New Mexico (Laguna Dam) which he claims to be a North America localized varient of Hebrew. See here, for example, "ACCORDING TO INTERFACES of 14 riveted pairs of lead crosses inscribed in bad Latin which Thomas Bent and Charles Maniere excavated from cementlike caliche at 3+-6+' depths 1924-25 on the once-voluminous Santa Cruz near Picture Rocks northwest of Tucson, a very large colony of Jews from Britain, Gaul, & Rome who venerated the cross and acknowledged the bishop of Rome their sovereign, conquered the Toltezus 775-90 A.D....The 132-A.D. Bar Kokhba Bat Creek Stone from Tennessee; the curse-prayer Arnold Murray translated on a Burrows Stone in Hebrew script of Bat-Creek type; Bar Kokhba coins from Kentucky; menorahs of the triangle-base type Zena detected on Burrows Stones; & the Los Lunas, N.M. Ten Commandments slab which Cyrus and Connie Gordon identifed Samaritan Hebrew all predated middle-medieval Bent artifacts...."[1]
Whowuddathunkit, a colony of Jews for Jesus lived in Tuscon in 8th century A.D. Wow. Rob Smith 20:20, 31 May 2011 (EDT)
Wow. That link was... Words can't describe my reaction to it. I've added it to the article, but as for the book on the SS, I'm afraid my library's a bit far away, and I'm too broke to spend money on a book. But thank you very much for your assistance.--CamilleT 20:52, 3 June 2011 (EDT)
