"During the Dover case Jones decided to switch side [sic] and ruled in favor of the evolutionists despite evidence to the contrary presented by Michael Behe, an expert in biochemistry."

  1. The case was decided this way due to the fact that ID could not be separated from its religious roots, thus violating the First Amendment.
  2. Judges are supposed to be impartial, there is no "switching sides".
  3. Please do not include uncited opinion as fact.
