A couple of points about this: User Dvergne has been gone for two years, so, if your request was that he move it himself (normally the right way to handle these things), it isn't going to happen.

Also, Dvergne put a lot of work into the elements while he was here, including the big periodic table that graces the bottom of each element page. I don't know whether this page is part of that template mechanism, but you should be really careful, lest you break all the element pages. Please be careful, and know what you are doing.

By the way, Dvergne's block comment says "this account is apparently a sock account". People block users because they are "apparently" socks? They aren't sure? Weird. By the way, I was around at the time this happened, and there was actually no accusation of socking. He just got in a fight with someone. I don't remember the details.
