ParserFunctions - if you mean those, the answer seems to be "nope". I tried using them in Template:Fact (After puzzling out the genius behind its Wikipedia counterpart, I tried adding the change that would exclude non-mainspace pages from the Category), but no luck. It took me a while to realize that Wiki only uses them as an extension (I spent about half an hour staring at ONE line of "code" to figure out my error before realizing that...)
The extension (if it was installed) would also appear on Special:Version. I've asked for them... uh... somewhere... sometime... but it most likely wasn't noticed. I also think somebody else requested them earlier than me, but still nothing. Maybe you're luckier? --Sid 3050 17:08, 2 April 2007 (EDT)
