Nice work, but I feel that Franco-Mycenaean historical links have not been properly emphasized. Maybe we should create some articles on the Linear B version of the Napoleonic Code. What's this change to College of Cardinals all about?

It certainly looks like a joke. The word "college" here just means group or convocation or (dictionary definition) "A body of persons having a common purpose or shared duties: a college of surgeons." It's not a degree-granting academic institution, any more than the "electoral college" is.
