Scotland article

I did a change to the layout, with the re-arrangement (with very little removal) of what was already written. This should facilitate a better presentation of the article as a whole, and allow for detail in the required blocks. More info was placed on the talk page. Karajou 19:48, 9 March 2008 (EDT)
