Waffle House

The Great American Divide.

Waffle House is an American restaurant chain, primarily located in the Southern United States. Its menu consists primarily of waffles and other Southern breakfast items, though it also serves lunch and dinner meals as well. It is open 24/7.

The chain's popularity has led to it being named in a song^[1], its lingo being the name of an album^[2], and the subject of an unofficial index of disaster severity used by FEMA^[3].
