Welwyn Garden City

Welwyn Garden City was the second garden city to be established by Ebenezer Howard; it was founded in 1920. The city is in Hertfordshire, 23 miles north of London and around 12 miles south of the first garden city, Letchworth. Welwyn GC was designed by the British planner and architect Louis de Soissons.
