Why No Revival? is a religious tract written by Jack Chick. It was originally printed in 1961, and was Chick's first religious tract created. It has been updated numerous times, most recently as 1986, and is currently an out of print title (however, all out-of-print titles can be ordered from Chick Publications for a minimum quantity of 10,000 tracts). It is listed on their website under the subject "Basic Gospel" and also tagged as "For Christians" (the opening frame contains a note that the tract was for Christians only - not for the unsaved).

The tract shows numerous scenes about past Christians and modern ones, portraying modern ones as generally weak in the faith. Some scenes depict Chick's views on certain topics, such as Christian rock (which he denounced), the prosperity gospel, and the King James Bible (Chick was a proponent of the KJV-Only movement). At the very end Christians are showing to be repentant.

Still No Revival

Chick would later follow up in 2011 (50 years after the original) with a sequel, "Still No Revival" (with the same tags, and also out of print). This tract depicts Chick's views on the Roman Catholic Church (which the majority of Chick's publications have denounced, in many cases claiming them to be behind some conspiracy) and the rapid expansion of Islam (using a scene from the original tract, where a church is portrayed as spending 10 minutes on prayer and 3.5 hours on choir practice, the building is now seen as having been sold to Muslims who plan to replace it with a mosque).
