View source for Talk:Essay: Russian Statistics Service indicates that 22.6 percent of Russian households aren't connected to a sewer system

Generally speaking, when a writer/editor/journalist is exposed as being used as a stooge to spread fake news and propaganda, they get highly offended and take measures to insure it won't happen again. Not User:Conservative. He wears the badge of stooge as an honorific or accomplishment, and doubles down. :<big>My rebuttal:</big> "According to data put out by the Russian Statistics Service 22.6 percent of Russian households aren't connected to a sewer system, most of them in rural areas. Russian commentators are divided about how vital an achievement modern toilets are." - What do outdoor toilets tell us about Russia?, Euro Topics Press Review, April 3, 2019

::Congratulations. You've graduated from being a geopolitical expert to being an expert on Russian toilets. Just as people remember where and what they were doing when Pearl Harbor, the JFK assassination, and attacks occurred, you can always say, "I was studying Russian toilets when I heard the Eisenhower Supercarrier was hit with Kinzhal missile and we were at war with Iran." I recently added this content and I will bold a portion for emphasis:

Indoor plumbing and sewage facts about Russia:

According to articles about the indoor plumbing and sewage system problem in Russia:

And Russia's interest rate recently doubled to 15% and the ruble is turning to rubble (see: RUSSIAN Ruble Collapse Panic Continues as Russia DOUBLES Interest Rates to 15%).

I trust this clarifies matters. Conservative (talk) 14:44, November 1, 2023 (EDT)

:Looks like you may have fallen for Russian propaganda hook, line, and sink (again):
::[https://sonar21.com/why-the-united-states-military-is-clueless-when-it-comes-to-ukraine/ Where did they get the information that indicated the Russian armed forces were weak, poorly trained, weighted down with lousy morale, and lacking in adequate supplies of artillery shells and ammunition? My initial assumption was that this was a fabricated information op by Western intelligence. But I am now inclined to believe this was a Russian deception operation — Maskirovka. Given the robust NATO ISR capabilities that were shared freely with Ukraine, it would be virtually impossible for Russia to mask its troop and vehicle movements. Did the Russian General Staff feed the West bogus intelligence about the quality and competence of Russian forces in order to lull them into a false sense of security? That may be a more accurate explanation for the gross miscalculation of Western planners.]
