'''God the Father''' is the First Person of the [[Trinity|Godhead]]. He is the Substance of the Godhead. He begot [[Jesus Christ]] before the beginning and the mutual Love and Affection between the Two resulted in the [[Holy Ghost]], more commonly called the Holy Spirit (See also: [[Only begotten Son]]).

God the Father acts as the head of the Godhead. He is [[Sovereignty of God|Sovereign King]], and commands Christ. Christ in turn commands the Holy Ghost.<br />

His Glory and Personality fill the firmament of heaven:

“But I would have you know, that the head of every man is Christ; and the head of the woman is the man; and '''the head of Christ is [[God]]'''.” - 1 Corinthians 11:3<br />

"Therefore being by the right hand of God exalted, and having received of the Father the promise of the Holy Ghost, he hath shed forth this, which ye now see and hear". - Acts 2:33
