God the Holy Spirit

God the Father is the First Person of the Godhead. He is the Substance of the Godhead. He begot Jesus Christ before the beginning and the mutual Love and Affection between the Two resulted in the Holy Ghost, more commonly called the Holy Spirit (See also: Only begotten Son).

God the Father acts as the head of the Godhead. He is Sovereign King, and commands Christ. Christ in turn commands the Holy Ghost.

His Glory and Personality fill the firmament of heaven:

“But I would have you know, that the head of every man is Christ; and the head of the woman is the man; and the head of Christ is God.” - 1 Corinthians 11:3

"Therefore being by the right hand of God exalted, and having received of the Father the promise of the Holy Ghost, he hath shed forth this, which ye now see and hear". - Acts 2:33
