Taj, I posted this on User_talk:Aschlafly but wanted to post it here for you too... Sorry for the delay, I just saw your offer. I don't have any special process in place, I just go to the list (edit console->special pages->Dead-end pages or Here if you prefer a direct route) and click on the first option that I can edit and add some internal links to existing pages.
